Circulation Policy, Renewals & Reservations 

Circulation. Most media may be checked out by members for two weeks. (See information below for renewals). The library has a reserve list for books that are in demand and will reserve them for members.  Books may be returned to the book drop on days when the library is closed.  Over-due fines are 5 cents per day.  

Media is not circulated to non-members; however, the public is welcome to use material in the library.

Renewals. Media may be renewed by phone or by emailing the library at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it . Please include the following information: your name, membership number, title, author, and bar code number of the item.  Non print media is not renewable. Print media may be renewed for an additional two weeks if no reserve is on that item.

 Reserve media. Members may reserve  an item on the recent acquisitions list or other items in the collection  by phoning (859-9535) or emailing the library at  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it . Please include your name, membership number, title, author, and format of media (book, large print, DVD, CD, cassette tape, or video tape).
